MORNING WARM YOGA [ENG]
WARM YOGA Our classes are warm, not intensely heated. The space is gently warmed with infrared heat - comfortable - not extreme temperatures Warm, not overwhelming. During this vinyasa class, you’ll transition smoothly between postures, synchronizing breath with dance-like movements to create a sense of balance and fluidity. The class encourages deep engagement of muscles, cardiovascular activation, and a meditative powerful practice The practice takes place in a gently heated room with moisture in the air, creating a warm, soft, and breathable environment - not dry heat. We use infrared heat lamps inspired by natural sunlight, gently warming the body and surfaces while the air temperature stays around 30°C. The soft, warm light and added moisture create a sun-like atmosphere - similar to warm, humid climates in many Asian countries. The focus is on warming, softening, and nourishing the body, not pushing limits. why we use heat: supports muscle release and mobility supports metabolism and circulation helps with stiffness and recovery important: Pauses are welcome. Drink water whenever needed. You don’t need to give 100% - this practice is here to support you. Showers and towels are available after class. for whom: For those who enjoy warmth and want to soften tension, especially in colder months. not recommended for: serious heart conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, pregnancy (unless stated), or if heat is contraindicated. bring: microfiber towel ( to avoid slipping on the mat) + small bottle of water

[ENG] She can be inspired by everything that catches her attention, constantly seeking connections in seemingly unrelated things. Yoga has enabled her to weave together the loose elements of life, becoming a permanent part of her daily practice. In her approach, she gives up the opportunity to shape herself in favor of experience, forgetting about patterns, and relearning her own body anew. In her sequences, she relies on variability and unpredictability, sacrificing students' thinking for intuitive action, believing that we don't always have to ask questions—sometimes it's enough to listen more attentively.
