Chakra's slow flow - ENG
Chakra is seen to be an intermediary for energy transfer and conversion between two neighbouring dimensions of being, as well as a centre facilitating the energy conversion between a body and its corresponding mind. Slow flow yoga helps you improve mindfulness, breathwork, flexibility, balance, and strength, as well as allows your muscles to warm and flex gradually, resulting in less lactic acid buildup, therefore less fatigue. During the practice we will activate and stimulate the chakras one by one, so that we not only become aware of the higher realms of being, but also gain the power to enter these realms and then support and give life to the lower dimensions.

Hi, I’m Judit! My yoga journey started 15 years ago in my hometown in Hungary, and since 2019, Poland has been my home. I teach Yin and Yin-Yang yoga, with a focus on chakras and emotions, because I believe yoga is more than just movement—it’s about connecting with yourself. I know how overwhelming work, stress, and life’s ups and downs can be, and I also know how much yoga can help.
